Advice regarding weather conditions
Clothing for Summer
When we have warm weather we reccomend that you bring in a named hat and sun cream. We would like to advise that suncream needs to be applied before your child starts at the nursery and we can then top it up during the day.
We don’t allow any crocs, open toed sandals or jelly shoes due to health and safety when the children access any equipment.
Wet Weather
If you have spare welly boots please can you leave them at nursery under your child’s peg that they can access during the day. If you would not like the welly boots to be left at nursery please can you bring some in for your child to wear.
Clothing for Cold Weather
When we have cold weather please can your child come into nursery wearing a warm coat, a pair of gloves, a hat and scarf which we recommend.
.
This mean that your child is suitably dressed for the time that they are outside playing or when we go out for visits.
